Our family welcomes you to our home away from home tucked away beneath the cascading trees and inviting mountain terrain. Each floor offers a picturesque view of the majestic layered Blue Ridge mountains. Enjoy waking up to paradise and escape from city life as this cabin offers many amazing amenities to help you unwind and lose yourself to nature.

Our cabin boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to make endless family meals during your getaway. Each floor has a spacious bedroom and bathroom and easy access to the outside to absorb the mist settling across the long range mountain views. There are 2 king master suites with the upstairs suite having a private screened porch and the basement bedroom features a handmade Amish twin over full bunkbed. The basement also has a second living room with tv along with a ping pong table and family games, After you visit the surrounding towns of Blue Ridge and McCaysville settle down to campfire stories and s'mores around the brand new fire pit, family games, and a brand new large Jaccuzi brand 7 seat LED lighted hot tub. Our cabin is also the perfect location to work remotely with warp speed internet and a desk area in the loft. Hi-Bear-Nation is tastefully decorated in a rustic chic style and is professionally cleaned between each guest.
The Blue Ridge area is abundant with national forest, hiking and biking trails, rafting, tubing, zip lining, wineries, breweries, orchards ,shopping, and restaurants. Our Concierge partner would be happy to help assist with any of your prearrival or itinerary planning needs including grocery delivery and special occasions.
We are conveniently located 15 minutes down downtown Blue Ridge and 15 minutes from downtown McCaysville.
Although our cabin is situated in a quiet mountain community it is easily accessed with a regular car on well maintained roads. Please be respectful of our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 9pm-7am.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
